Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently provide shipping within the United Arab Emirates.

Standard delivery is generally completed within approximately 1–2 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the delivery provider.

Orders may require up to 2 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

For standard UAE delivery:

- Orders below AED 250 are subject to a shipping fee of AED 25.
- Orders of AED 250 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The final shipping cost and applicable delivery information will be displayed to the customer before completing the order.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers may request an eligible return within 14 days of receiving their order.

For eligible local returns, the customer is responsible for a flat return shipping fee of AED 25 unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

Opened or used fragrances and beauty products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

SECTION 8 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and may only be eligible for return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
