Thank you for shopping at Panier Perfumes. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Provider

Orders are shipped through Highway Express within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Processing times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed and handed to the shipping provider, estimated delivery times are:

- Major cities in the UAE: 1–3 business days.
- Remote areas in the UAE: 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Fees

For standard delivery within the UAE:

- Orders below AED 250: AED 25 shipping fee.
- Orders of AED 250 or more: Free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

6. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when you receive your order.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide details and, where possible, photographs of the damaged package and products.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping provider to determine the appropriate resolution.

7. Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with Highway Express and, where applicable, assist with the process of filing a claim with the shipping provider.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

9. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes stated above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including public holidays, severe weather, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
