All orders are shipped via Highway Express within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the UAE only.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Major cities: 1-3 business days. Remote areas: 3-5 business days.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For lost shipments, we will investigate and assist with filing a claim with Highway Express.
